To set your general availability go to My profile --> Edit --> Availability.
Click on the hours of the different days of the week to activate the field. The green box shows you are available and the grey box that you are not.
The general availability is just an approximation of your teaching availability. It helps students get a glance of your overall schedule. They still need to contact you to arrange the lessons.
